Engagement Manager ■ Program Management Associates, Inc. ■ February 2007 - present
As the Engagement Manager, I provide program management support to the Transportation Sector Network
Management, Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Transportation Threat Analysis & Credentia ling and the Office of
Global Strategies at the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In this
role, I assist the TSA Program Offices in developing mission requirements, evaluating needs and leveraging TSA
infrastructure and resources. Responsibilities include management oversight for the Business Customers for the
application development and maintenance efforts for Toxic Inhalant Hazard (TIH) tracking, 100% Cargo Screening,
Large Aircraft Security Program (LASP), and Intermodal Security Training Exercise Program (I-Step) projects and
coordinating support between various offices within Office of Information Technology (OIT) . The project
responsibilities include the full life-cycle and involve active participation in planning, requirements definition,
development, testing, client acceptance and close-out.

As the Project Coordinator for the TSA PC Refresh Project, I directed the coordination with the Office of Information
Technology contacts to refresh the 2500 systems at TSA headquarters. In this role, I identified and confirmed
customers who will be refreshed for the following day's deployment. I identified any access issues, any discovery
gaps and provided a refreshed daily deployment schedule.
As the Coordinator, I provided supervision and facilitation of the Post Deployment Support Team's activities. I was
responsible for contacting each customer refreshed to assess satisfaction and address issues. Any issues identified
were resolved or escalated to the next level of management for resolution. Any systematic issues were presented
with ideas for mitigation. A daily report was provided on percentage and numbers of completions plus any issues
which arise from the previous day's deployment.

As the State of Maryland and Local Government Program Manager, I s upported geographically dispersed
organizations and established processes and a support structure that ensured the coordination of work efforts and
communication of information among personnel assigned to remote sites. I managed managed various IT projects,
including performance-based and outsourcing contracts, and was responsible for ensuring quality product, service
delivery, and on-time performance within cost parameters. I actively m onitored and evaluated customer service and
applied a total commitment to achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction by regularly meeting with client
officials to review progress and any concerns or issues.
As an Operations Manager, I directed help desk operations, desk side support services, and systems support and
maintenance to a number of local, state and federal agencies including: U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Veterans
Administration, EDS-NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) and the State of Maryland. I led a team of more than 10
