Original member of the GW Support Team. Helped establish protocols for customer contact and

responded directly to customers' escalated issues. Maintained deep familiarity with all gameplay

issues, common and esoteric complaints, technical and account support issues. Transferred to

QA team to assist in preparing game sequel, GW: Factions, for release and to acquire the

knowledge necessary to become the core support point for Factions issues upon release.

Sole customer support contact throughout the development, testing and implementation of an

Austin-based internet community. Worked with the developer to improve website based on user

feedback. Handled email support, rule enforcement, complaint resolution, new member

Responsible for a group of 5 core blind young adults, and provided secondary support to an

additional 15. Guided them in preparing to live alone in day-to-day society without need for

supervision, additionally providing emotional support and maintaining close contact with their
