1. Within 3 months of becoming the Maintenance Manager, contained costs to meet the monthly department

budget of $250,000 for labor, parts and services after 6 prior months of budget overruns.

2. Identified and implemented the use of extended wear coatings on process equipment resulting in a

3. Reorganized the maintenance department to better support 24/7 operations and scheduled down day
