Responsibilities:-

Develop expertise in the features/product areas owned by my team, and using that

expertise to advocate on behalf of the customer in feature team meetings.

Development of testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and

bug reports, assessing quality and associated risk.

Designing new and leveraging existing test automation infrastructure.

Working closely with release team for all major releases, weekly patches and e-releases.

Automating test cases of Salesforce.com Desktop Clients - Outlook, Lotus Notes, Offline
