Project Manager/Administrative Manager – IT Department
Supported IT staff with many administrative duties such as negotiating contracts with
vendors for IT equipment and managing corporate software licensing and renewals for
five locations. Responsible for all IT purchasing (equipment and supplies) and maintained
departmental budget by managing expenses throughout the year. Reported on budget
variances monthly and made purchasing decisions based on the outcomes.
Responsible for all departmental documentation including knowledge database
maintenance, testing and training materials and project documentation.
Project Management responsibilities included coordination of meetings, training and rollout
