Hired by JPMorganChase as part of the in-source agreement with IBM
Managed and lead the Global Cross Services and strategic planning business. Specific responsibilities:
Defined and drove organization consolidation programs that shifted the organization’s construct
•
from regional alignments to global functional alignments. This program included establishment of
an India based Identity and Access Management operations. Cost savings of over $10MM against
a $52MM budget were realized over a two year period through resource management efficiencies,
process standardization, security accounts provisioning automation, and relocation of manual
Identity and Access Management operation functions to lower cost labor markets in India.
Developed global metric reporting using Cognos, Inc’s solutions. Created baseline and key
•
performance indicator (KPI) measurements. The KPIs were utilized for zero based budget
justification and subsequent customer service level agreements.
Established a regulatory compliance and audit management team. The team developed governance
•
processes which ensured compliance to corporate policy and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulations.
The team drove closure of over 700 audit issues over an 18 month period which addressed SOX
related significant deficiency ratings.
Established and managed a Project Management Office (PMO) which provided program and

project managed services for all of RSM’s program & project portfolio. Historically, the PMO
provided professional project management services for over 1,000 projects per year.
Developed and managed JPMorganChase’s privileged and emergency access programs. These

efforts normalized privilege and emergency access tools and associated controls.
Managed RSM’s business continuity, knowledge management, web content management, financial

management – including cost allocation processing – and global customer relationship functions.

Global Director - Identity and Access Management & Data Center Business Continuity
Hired by IBM as part of the 2003 outsourcing agreement with JPMorganChase (JPMC) to reorganize and
optimize business functions across North America, Europe and Asia in support of the JPMC account:
Rebuilt and optimized the Identity and Access Management business. The services provided to
•
JPMC included user and functional account administration for over 2 million unique global
accounts – add/modify/delete, authentication and authorization – state and event monitoring, and
account certification.
Global Data Center Disaster Recovery functions provided infrastructure and line of business
•
recovery planning, testing and event management services for the JPMC account. The
infrastructure supported included all processors and associated storage sub-systems, voice and data
telecommunications, global operations and network command centers, customer assistance centers,
and output processing centers. Several hundred tests were conducted annually with this client.
Drove IBM revenue generation through optimization of existing functions and introduction of new

products and services within the assigned areas of responsibilities.

Managed the Bank’s $350MM global hardware portfolio and raised floor environments. Responsibilities

Developed design specification, implemented, tested and operationalized JPMC’s Newport Center Campus
facility in Jersey City, New Jersey. Responsibilities included:
Development of WAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure, campus wiring plant, and associated physical

Designed and implemented a VoIP Telephony infrastructure to support 3,500 internal customers.

Responsible for design, construction, implementation, and migration to the Bank’s Metrotech information
technologies campus facilities located in Brooklyn, New York.
The technology design featured the first commercial installation of an ESCON fiber plant.
