About: For the past 19 years I have been fortunate to have worked in nearly every aspect of the print/web/design field
for several agencies, corporations and publication firms in the Baltimore area. My experience has ranged from high-end
agency work to teaching HTML and web design to state employees. I have also done a significant amount of freelance print,
computer repair and web production. Occasionally I get the chance to teach basic design and photography at several
Baltimore City after-school programs and at recreation centers for kids. I have a strong desire to continue to deliver high
quality work and I look forward to the opportunity for you to review my portfolio.
Experience:
T. Rowe Price - Graphic Designer/Production April 2007 - November 2008
Responsibilities included: Design and production of corporate promotional advertising, web design and a variety of client
support materials.
Visions Marketing - Graphic Designer/Production Supervisor September 2000 - December 2006
Responsibilities included: Art direction, design and production of a wide variety of advertising materials including;
commercial print advertising, corporate brochures, logo design, digital photo retouching, writing and production of
training manuals, complete marketing campaigns, web site design and production, creation of Flash banner ads,
commercial photography, TV and radio commercial writing and production. A very high pressure, deadline oriented
agency where a premium is placed on speed and quality.

Responsibilities included: Art Director on 30 different monthly and bimonthly publications including all production.

Responsibilities included: Production and project management on over a dozen commercial web sites and web applications.
Training of state and local government employees on web programming and use of related software. Creation of web
development methodologies. Technical support.

Responsibilities included: Installation of Macintosh systems, software and hardware. Training of staff on all publication
related software. Creation of several commercial web sites and art production for several others. Production of several
monthly magazines.
Chesapeake Systems Inc. - Web Designer/Developer February 1997 - August 1997 (contract position)
Responsibilities included: Programming, development and marketing for commercial web sites. Held HTML based training
classes. Computer networking and repair for dozens of clients.
Network Publications Inc. - Graphic Artist/Production Artist/Web Developer February 1993 - February 1997
Responsibilities included: Programming, development and marketing for four commercial web sites. Creation of sales and
marketing effort of web side. Production of up to six different trade and commercial magazines including development,
layout, design and pre press. Worked directly with editors and publishers. Maintenance of computer network.
Software: Highly proficient in all of the Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Quark, Macromedia Suite,
Mac and PC Systems and maintenance, Microsoft Office and many other web, video and print production
development software packages.
