Responsible for various projects within the Voluntary Compliance Review (VCR)/IRS Self Correction program. Handled the
correction process of pension benefit adjustments for 10,000+ former employees, including VIP's. Defined population,
developed correction calculation, supervised audit of the benefit adjustments. Researched and compiled data that became the
model for correcting pension benefits for 42,000+ participants. Developed historical recalculation formulas for current and
former Hawaiian Telephone Company employees denied participation in the company 401(k) plan.
