Redesign and develop web-based applications to provide GPS positioning solutions for professionals in
engineering, construction, surveying, agriculture, fleet management and field service to be more productive
in their work processes; using Adobe Flex Builder 3, C#.NET 3.5, ASP.NET 3.5, and SQL Server 2005.
o Developed an application to administrate customer logins. Development included the GUI front
end and Client/Server interfaces.
o Developed an application to quickly and easily display a snapshot of vehicle information (i.e.
fuel usage, mileage, latitude/longitude, events, etc.), allowing customers to set a threshold to
graphically chart the results.
CONSULTANT 3/PROGRAMMER 1, JT3/UNISYS (2002 to 2008)
Task lead over three developers for the Web-based Information System Enterprise solution, composed of
over 100 applications to support the F-22 Combined Test Force program; including Administration, Avionics,
Flight Operations, Inventory, Logistics, Personnel, Purchasing and Security systems; using C#.NET 2.0,
ASP.NET 2.0, VB.NET 2.0, Classic ASP, HTML, DHTML, Java Script, VBScript, XML, ComponentOne, Crystal
Reports, Oracle 9i and SQL Server 2000/2005.
o Lead developer in the redesign of the Center Operation On-line web-based enterprise solution,
which included converting from two-tier (Classic ASP) architecture into three-tier (.NET
Framework) architecture, interfacing to an outside Scheduling Tool (via Web Services), and the
redesign of an Oracle database to SQL Server, implementing a complete Microsoft Solution.
o Developed Classic ASP applications to automate numerous F-22 security forms that included
emails at various stages of the process.
o Developed Classic ASP applications to handle various mission configuration lists needed for
mission critical support of F-22 scheduled flights.

o Lead developer for the creation of the Center Operation On-Line web-based solution, providing

Redesigned and supported all automated business systems for the B-1 bomber maintenance program;

As the company’s first PC developer, developed software applications to support all corporate departments,

o Developed a key marketing system applications, including houseCALL™, the industry’s first

LEAD ANALYST, MODERN TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (1992 to 1993)
Analyze and develop software applications to manage and support the C-17 Combined Test Force program,
allowing transfer of data between all support organizations and reduction of duplicate effort; using FoxPro

o Created an application to track aircraft maintenance and schedule slippage.
