homebuilders. My day to day functional responsibilities as a full
life-cycle recruiter entailed creative sourcing, recruiting,
interviewing and ultimately presenting viable candidates to the
various division hiring managers for the purpose of filling their
staffing requirements. Also responsible for salary negotiation and
extending/finalizing offers. Additional duties included partnering
closely with KB’s in-house advertising, marketing and public
relations groups. Areas of recruiting expertise included but not
limited to: IT, production, HR, architecture, construction, sales,
marketing, advertising, public relations, media, executive
management, legal, accounting and finance. All duties
performed from a combination of onsite (KB’s Corporate office)
and offsite from a virtual home office.

Distribution Division which included the company’s advertising
and public relations group. Additional responsibilities entailed the
utilization of creative sourcing techniques in the search and
recruitment of professional exempt candidates. Personally
responsible for direct sourcing (networking, headhunting) for the
recruitment of candidates to fill executive management positions
within the Division. Trained recruiters on lifecycle techniques.
Designed and wrote job ads for trade journals and other media
advertising sources.

Full lifecycle recruiter for the company’s technical and IT
divisions. Technical recruitment included staffing personnel in

and mechanical engineering, Admin, HR and legal. IT areas
consisted of software/hardware engineers/developers, Java/
J2EE, SAP, Oracle/JDE, etc.
