system including finance, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, domain names and copyrights. Patent
and invention data was loaded from old systems. Prior to implementing the new system, data was
analyzed using Microsoft Excel and Access 2007. Files were created with reformatted data and
loaded into the new system. A new online invoicing system was also implemented
