Fiscally responsible for $40.0M Specialty Watch Retail Division including budgeting, sales and inventory planning and expense control.

Developed budget process for Sunglass Hut International Marketing Expense. This process lead to successfully uncovering $1.0 M of

savings in the prior fiscal year. Created a financial model to evaluate Domestic and Canadian new store and lease renewal proposals. The

model significantly reduced time requirements for deal preparation, increased the accuracy by eliminating manual calculations and

increased the efficiency of the monthly Real Estate Committee meeting by reducing it from 8 to 4 hours. Analyze real estate proposals

focusing on increasing annual store volume, reducing fixed asset write-off and reducing construction cost all to improve the return on

investment.

compliance with 5 outside inventory taking services. Implemented improved processes, which resulted in a cost reduction, annual savings
