Managed the development and implementation of customized MRP software for a Glass industry. This software

improved plant efficiency by providing sales personnel and plant engineers with accurate on-line information about
every stage of the industrial process. The system integrated with the company’s monthly sales planning and
industrial PCP control by determining the ideal inventory reorder points and the EOQ to reduce inventory costs.
Project cost savings for the first year were U.S. $ 600,000.
Migrated ABIG’s 41 Compaq Servers to 3 NetFrames Superservers achieving an increase of system uptime from 92%

to 99%. This uptime increase provided a yearly cost saving of U.S. $ 260,000.

wide NDS, including strategies for partition, replication and time synchronization worldwide. The project objectives

NetFrames Superservers were installed using Netware 4.11, replacing the pre-existing forty-one Netware 3.11 servers.
