Project Manager – Contractor (Division One Solutions)
Directed a cross-cultural team of software developers; platform engineers; system
architects; system assurance specialists; production deployment engineers; networking
specialists; security operations specialists; product owners; and client relationship
managers to deploy a variety of complex initiatives.
Spearheaded a 6 month project to transform multiple versions of the security defense
appliance operational software to a single platform and institute supporting
infrastructure changes. The platform transformation is expected to yield a reduction in
maintenance costs of approximately $500,000 annually.
Led a ground-breaking 90-day effort to enhance, transform and host a client web site
to fulfill terms and conditions of a large scale contract and preserve a multi-million

Senior Project Manager – Contractor (direct contract)
Recognized as the only project manager in the history of BCBSRI to complete a project
on time and on budget while delivering a quality product. Acknowledged as the leader of
the first project team to implement SAS FM in a record 90 days and to outsource its
hosting with an Application Service Provider.
Managed a 32-member team, including 3 vendor teams, to complete a multi-million
dollar, multi-phase program that involved infrastructure configuration and
transformation of a mainframe cost accounting system to EAS and a manual cost
allocation system to SAS FM. The new systems eliminated redundant processes,
improved productivity, and prevented increases to staff during a growth period while
satisfying the requirements of 58 stakeholders.
Directed the initiation and planning efforts of the Vendor Selection, Clinical
Guidelines, Communication, Actuarial, and Benefit teams to design a pharmacy
benefit program that improved the cost management of specialty drugs and resulted
in savings approximating $1 million in the first year.

Shepherded a cross-cultural development team responsible for software upgrades,
enhancements, and base maintenance to the proprietary Credit Risk Monitoring and
Scoring web-based application called Sonar.
Executed all software release projects and base maintenance on schedule and within
budget parameters totaling $1.6 million.
Centralized access by all stakeholders to technical, application and project
documentation and improved transparency through the design and construction of
several SharePoint sites.

Senior Technology Project Manager/Business Liaison (full time employee)
Managed a variety of technology projects for front-office and back-office business units of
Citizens Financial Group. Brokered the technology needs of several business units with
the technology unit in the concurrent role of business liaison. Contributed project
management best practices to the PMO including risk management planning; vendor due
diligence and management; and quality control.
Creatively negotiated a professional services and software license agreement in
partnership with Strategic Sourcing that resulted in a contract discount of $1.1 million.
Spearheaded customization, transformation and deployment of a complex multi-
million dollar third party web-based lease origination/work-flow automation application
to enable the business unit to support an increase of $450 million in the lease asset
portfolio.
Directed the efforts of a 4-person consulting team to design a technology
transformation plan that aligned with the leasing business integration strategy
designed to achieve economies of scale and improve profitability.
Managed a multi-phased project to transform a complex mainframe commercial loan
portfolio totaling approximately $50 million. The transformation was integral to the
timely and successful completion of the Mellon Bank integration that surpassed
