Responsibilities and achievements included:
Setting and implementation of annual company budget and associated quarterly reporting to Tokyo headquarters.
Management, design and implementation of Supply Chain Management System for domestic business, including sales
forecasting, POS, stock cover, purchasing and inventory management modules.
Full responsibility for management of third party warehouse, inventory control and bi-annual stock counts.
Responsibility for all Far East vendors (China, Thailand and Vietnam), US Operations Department, Sales Administration
and Customer Service functions.
Management and implementation of two $1.5m Thomas The Tank Engine TV commercials in conjunction with Creative
Design Agency (storyboards, casting, set, shoot, editing, media planning and purchasing).
Managed growth of Thomas The Tank Engine business from $29m to $63m in two years (2005 – 2006).
Management and strategic development of two distributors (California Creations and Racemasters), establishing mold lease
and royalty payment scheme for Wind Up business (annualized growth of 160%) and growing AFX business by 110% in
twelve months through the introduction of high quality, realistic licensed products (awarded HO Slot Car of The Year in
