Business Analyst - Developed business process requirements for IT-related business,
financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions. This included
researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and
systems requirements. Generated and compiled reports based on findings, complete with
recommended improvements to, or new requirements for, business processes and
operational procedures. Assisted in testing and verification of new systems and in
tracking progress of projects and maintenance tasks. In addition, worked on a team to
develop a new website using Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, and agile
development methods. As a part of that team, I gathered additional business
requirements as needed, created manual testing scripts, and documented user testing
findings, and verified change requests before being placed into production.

Application Development Manager - Responsible for designing, assigning, and tracking
projects for the Accounts Receivable System. Gathered requirements, developed
functional and technical specifications, designed solutions, coordinated coding and
testing, and ensured a smooth implementation of changes. Required to report to
management regarding project status and ensured Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Performed employee evaluations and made compensation recommendations. Supported
users, coordinated meetings, and resolved issues related to the Accounts Receivable
system. Provided second level support to Help Desk for A/R applications and related
processes. Assisted developers to accomplish their goals and project objectives. Most
recent project was working to convert Accounts Receivable package which was written in
RPG on an AS400 platform to a Web based .Net/SQL application package called HMIS.

Project Leader - Held lead role in a major conversion project for one of the Stewart
divisions. Designed and analyzed the requirements necessary to complete the conversion.
