BEARINGPOINT INC., New York, New York • June 2007-December 2008
Manager
Established an offshoring PMO at a major Pharmaceutical company allowing the firm to realize
more than $3 million in annualized savings while maintaining high levels of quality in both support
and development activities. Traveled to Chennai India to assist in candidate interviews.
Developed ITIL compliant Release Management processes and procedures for one of the world’s
largest medical device manufacturers. Also served as Release Manager overseeing and coordinating
the simultaneous release of thousands of changes to their global SAP systems.
Onshore liaison in the establishment of BearingPoint’s Services Management team in Bangalore
India.
Served as core member on the CIO Business Advantage Suite Team. This group was tasked with
developing a comprehensive suite representing BearingPoint’s solutions in the areas of CIO Strategy
and Advisory, IT Management Solutions, Governance Strategy, Business Systems Integration,
Transformation Management, and Resource Management (amongst others).
Provided key leadership on BearingPoint’s IT Service Management development team which is

Provided project management, process improvement and IT governance leadership for this highly
successful pharmaceutical marketing company specializing in Patient Relationship Management systems
(web and print based marketing efforts designed to engage patients with emails, newsletters, etc.).
Successfully project managed the development and launch of three PRM systems for DKI’s largest
clients.
Led the company’s SDLC initiative resulting in a 30% reduction in time required to produce new
systems through a restructuring of development processes and use of best practices repository.

Software Development Lifecycle Steering Committee – Co-chaired the committee tasked with the
creation of a new CMMI-based SDLC for Schering's Global IT operations. Received Shining
Performance Award for this effort.
Project Manager/Team Lead/Developer
Delivered high performance, business aligned Java/Web based solutions to meet the needs of Schering’s
4,000+ sales representatives and their managers as part of the Sales and Marketing Systems Technology
Group. Also served as Group Lead in managing service requests, system enhancements and error tracking
and resolution.
IT Governance – Elevated organizational performance through the establishment of new
standards and metrics in the areas of Build and Release Management, Change Management,
Configuration Management, Version Control and Coding Standards leading to an 80% reduction in
deployment and configuration errors in QA and Production environments.
Managed Care Integration – Architected and project managed a team of developers in the creation
of a Java based OLAP BI system providing the Schering Sales Force with the ability to quickly
evaluate the prescribing habits of Managed Care participants throughout the U.S. The Oracle Data
Warehouse supporting this application contains more than 500 million records covering every
prescription written by every doctor in the markets in which Schering competes.
Dimensions Deployment – Provided change agent leadership in the coordination and training of
nearly 200 technical professionals as part of a corporate wide migration to the use of Dimensions as a
version control system. Received Shining Performance Award for this effort.
