collection.
Developed and deployed data collection systems on this manufacturing
process to enhance yield and increase throughput.
Developed and deployed statistical process control methods for this
process, specifically on three machines involved – an ion implanter, a Hall
effect machine which measured eddy currents for doping concentrations
and a plasma etch machine.
Performed Scanning Electron Microscopy analysis as part of the in-line
failure analysis on production material.
Developed MS Access database for data collection and reporting on the
production line.

analysis on customer returns to include final reports, characterization and
support of new products from design through to full production,
troubleshooting on the production line.
Developed and released the production test software code for a new
product line using Labview software. This included hardware design,
debug and production release documentation.
Developed file management software using Visual Basic, seamlessly
integrating into an existing production test program for improved quality
and tracking history.
Maintained C++ test programs on several product lines, including test
revisions for throughput enhancements and rescreen capabilities not
previously available.
Brought a high volume product through a revision change with no
interruption in production and no delinquencies to customers.
Performed yield enhancement for a product line that resulted in a 20%
increase in average yield.
Developed test hardware which almost doubled the amount of product
shipped to a customer.
Reduced cost and improved throughput on another product line by
replacing the battery used to build the device.
Identified and resolved various problems across all product lines through
customer returns and formulated and implemented their respective
corrective actions.
Identified a low yield issue at final test as a shift in a zener diode used to
build the device which resulted in a test program change and problem
resolution.
Developed and published time-saving documents in 1997 that are still
