negotiation strategies; and establish effective relationships with management and unions to achieve success.

Designated by the National office to attempt resolution with the National Air Traffic Controllers

Association of over 100 grievances scheduled for arbitration; resulting in over $2.5 million is savings/

cost avoidance.

Successfully negotiated National Air Traffic Controllers Association, Engineer & Architect labor

contract which resulted in over $300 million savings-the first FAA labor contract in over

seven years and serves as the model for future negotiations.

representing General Counsel, Airports, Aerospace Medicine, Logistical Support, and Finance

employees. This was the first combined negotiation representing five different bargaining

units.

Assigned as Chief Negotiator to resume contract negotiations with the National Air Traffic

Controllers Association, Staff Support Specialist bargaining unit which stalled in 2002. NATCA

represents over 20,000 FAA employees.
