• Managed $3.5MM cost center budget including product development group and
175,000 sq. ft. development center facility.
• Facilitated movement of additional functional groups to unused development center
space saving leased space cost and improving organizational efficiencies.
• Managed client contract services and tenant relationship to achieve high level of

Manager, Product and Facilities Support (2005-2007)

a very short time-frame.

• Shared responsibility with senior management team for administration of $15MM
annual operating and $4MM annual capital budgets.
• Led the transition of research department through a 27% staff reduction and from
being a corporate funded entity to a business unit sponsored shared service group.

• Directed diverse technical support functions including wood fiber preparation,
papermaking, coating and finishing, analytical sciences and printing performance
testing, to the accomplishment of a wide range of technology implementations.
Manager, Coating and Finishing (1992-1993)
• Delivered new grade developments, product optimizations and process improvements
to coated paper and paperboard manufacturing operations.
