Led contracting, development and operational deployment of the eTAS program to 485 airports across the
United States. Managed a $25 million budget, executed support contracts, managed IPTS across TSA and

Director/Senior Manager, Accenture LLP 1997 - 2009

sales/marketing/customer care, and business support systems into C&W operations. Communicated

o Led management of industrialization plan to engineer, construct and deliver telecommunications hosting
platforms, communications services infrastructure, end user devices, and operational logistics for Sky

Technology Project Management. Managed teams of 5 to 30 for IT design and development efforts:
o Led a $1.5 million effort to design of a web access control and enrollment service for the Office of Federal
Student Aid. Defined solution requirements, and led an RFI for vendor products

OMB A-127 mandates. Presented results to the responsible Deputy Assistant Secretary and Deputy CFO
o Led eCommerce design and business analysis efforts for the US Postal Service. Projects included:
