chargeback-intensive industry due to a continual refinement of the reconciliation process during a

period of technological change. Directed periodic settlements with major accounts.

Responsible for opening new accounts, setting customer credit limits and determining approaches

for collecting delinquent accounts. Experienced minimal bankruptcy losses versus peer publishers.

Set goals and objectives for a staff of two to five. Oversaw daily activity including cash application,

credit processing and chargeback resolution. Implemented systems to closely track customer
