Recognized for successfully coordinating a multidisciplinary team for site preparation and the
construction of the Central Processing Facilities at Cusiana – Colombia South America. The
project included massive earth movement, construction of paved roads, heliport and generator
buildings, kilometers of perimeter lighting, water and service lines, and Army barracks to house
500 military men.
