Instituted the Kan Ban methodology within the organization in order to track the ongoing projects

on-time projects by 125% resulting in delivering 90% of the projects within the desired SLA.
Worked to identify efficiencies by modifying existing and establishing new processes and procedures
to meet customer needs and ensure client satisfaction.

expectations. Provided a fertile environment for open dialog so that issues were tackled as a team and
