Today the credit union manages more than $500 million in assets and serves approximately 55,000
members. There are nine branches in the Los Angeles area.
Responsible for branch growth through sales, new memberships, and loans. Direct, coordinate and lead
the FSR and Operations Supervisors of the branch, resulting in efficient and effective operation of the
branch. Manage effective staff functions, including hiring, coaching, training, counseling and
termination. Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are performed within the scope of
responsibilities and accountabilities. Additional responsibilities include creating and conducting training
programs and policies within the organization. Programs created were the New Hire Training Program,
FSR Training Program, and Development Programs for various positions. Currently heading up a
