reporting system for the procurement organization of several multi-million dollar Air
Force programs using COPES mainframe software application. Including integration with
accounting to track actual costs and develop customized reports using the COPES report
generator. Mr. Nealey was required to gain a thorough understanding of company
budgeting procedures and earned value management system criteria. After 1 year, Mr.
Nealey became an instructor for the COPES and Advanced COPES training classes,
teaching the software and EV techniques.
