gained while working for local start-ups as well as established international companies. Most

recently, I have been contracted to TruePosition as Senior Field Test Engineer testing Wireless

Location Systems. My strengths include in-depth knowledge of voice and data applications

including Telephony, Routing, GR303, Frame Relay, ATM, and IP Networks. I have worked with

Cisco, Lucent, Marconi, Tellabs, Sun as well as other equipment. I have working knowledge of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

TruePosition – Berwyn, Pennsylvania 2003-2009

Senior Field Test Engineer

Initially contracted through Kineticom, now through LCC. Worked with Quality Control developing

and executing test cases for international security applications. Other responsibilities include testing

and fine tuning of Wireless Locations Services for cellular companies, circuit testing, installation and

maintenance of equipment, SS7 monitoring, maintaining the 911 readiness of cell towers, systems

maintenance to include software installations and upgrades, UNIX and Windows system

administration, and personnel management.

Deployed to several different Cingular markets to troubleshoot various issues.

Provided training for field test engineers.

Performed quality control testing for an international seurity system.

Independent Consultant 2002-2003

Self-Employed

Offering support to businesses with both voice and data applications; including, network design,

equipment configuration and installation, LAN/WAN support.

Contracted by an Larscom to uncover operational issues and implement solutions for the rollout

of a new BellSouth service offering .

Assisted a small specialized CLEC establish wireless voice and data connections between sites.

Responsible for maintaining and driving revenue from new and existing accounts in partnership with

Chief Network Engineer

Developed, implemented and deployed ATM network to support a cutting edge voice and data

services.

• Worked with a team to deploy over 70 nodes in over 10 regional markets in time to meet key

objectives as set down by the Board of Directors. This led to increased funding for the project.

• Implemented installation procedures that greatly reduced rollout times of products reducing the

time to realize revenue from services.

• Assisted in key purchasing decisions that reduced the cost of deploying the network.

GABRIEL COMMUNICATIONS/NUVOX-CHESTERFIELD, MISSOURI 1998-1999

Responsible for the planning, design, and deployment of voice and data backbone network.

cost of retooling when changes of service offerings were required.

Manager Enhanced Services

Operations Manager responsible for installation, maintenance and support of customer packet

networks.

• Oversaw maintenance of corporate router network reducing the reliance on out-sourced services.

• Successfully migrated customers of a purchased company onto Brooks networks without any

realized customer down time.
