Watchers, softball team, flu shots, blood screenings).
Organized all annual events (Christmas parties, company picnics, March of Dimes walk,
Take our Daughters to Work day).
Spearheaded a plant-closing project that involved coordination of benefits and
outplacement of both hourly and salary individuals.
Managed total job bidding procedure that included posting open jobs, determining proper
selection process to be used, implementing process, and awarding bid.
Developed and implemented plant policies and procedures (i.e. handbook).
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
Managed benefits administration for headquarters and two off-site locations, requiring
some travel and telephone communications with all levels of employees.
Conducted group and individual new hire orientations; led discussion groups addressing
personnel issues and benefits.
Administration of 401k plans including 401k audits.
Responsibility of renewal of health plans contracts.
Coordinate all Workman’s Comp and safety related OSHA programs as well as
investigation of all accidents and preparation of all reports for insurance carrier. Also
prepared the necessary documents required for Work Comp.
