Managed a large scale conversion to E1. This conversion plan called for

merging multiple data libraries into one which helped to promote

and budgeting/forecasting processes for a large office developer. Produced

an executive summary that would potentially cut weeks off both the quarterly

close, and reporting process as well as the annual budgeting cycle.

Performed a diagnostic assessment that spanned all operational areas for a

Top 20 office owner. Facilitated work-sessions, documented current state

processes and provided future state recommendations to gain efficiencies in

many aspects of the organization including accounts payable, tenant billing,

budgeting, and accounting cycles.

Performed a financial and statistical reconciliation for all divisions of a large

home builder. The reconciliation consisted of nine areas including balance

sheet, income statement, and Job Cost. This allowed the corporate office to

get all divisions’ data in line and assist in alleviating any Sarbanes Oxley

compliance issues.
