Process Management & Workforce Administration

Administered the hiring process for client areas including manager role and on-boarding process

Review new hire documentation, make recommendations during debriefing with regard to position

development, requirements and salary negotiations. On-boarding new employees, to include application and

Recommend and implement solutions to streamline and improve processes to both managers and employees

Recruiting/On boarding

Development of recruiting strategies by collaborating with management to evaluate staffing requirements,

sourcing, and screening of candidates. Conducted reference checks, employment and education verifications.

Industry experience to include but not limited to Oil & Gas, IT, Healthcare, Inspection Services for opportunities

within verticals as they relate to - Accounting, Finance, Engineering, HSE/EHS, Administrative, Six Sigma,

Creation and review of approved requisitions; develop and write job descriptions, set qualification review

meetings with hiring authorities, create and post employment opportunities across various media venues

Develop and manage relationships with hiring Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents and Executives based on

personnel requirements and employee relation issues.

Screen resumes assessing applicant qualifications. Conduct phone screens, arrange interviews, coordinate

calendars and related travel; deliver verbal job offers; negotiate vendor/agency fees, contracts and

conversions.
