Manage two Adhesive Tape Manufacturing Facilities, one foreign and one domestic, with over $50
million in revenue. In charge of all aspects of operations including profit and loss responsibilities.
2005 Chairman of the Board winner for best operating plant out of 10 manufacturing plants;
outperforming the budget by $3.5 million.
Utilizing Six Sigma methodology and cross-functional improvement teams achieved over
8% increase in productivity in 2004 and 7% in 2005.
Employing Lean Manufacturing and 5S programs, extreme improvement in production
yields leading the industry with over 96% in the last six months.
