OBJECTIVE: I am seeking a plant management opportunity in which I can use my talents
for organization and team building to help grow a factory into a world-class operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
I am goal-focused and an excellent organizer. I know how to meet budget
commitments and operate on tight time schedules. My current responsibilities
encompass all aspects of manufacturing from equipment evaluation through
installation, startup, and maintenance. I am responsible for a capital budget that
ranges from two to ten million dollars per year. Over the past 14 years I have
directed a team that has more than doubled our manufacturing output without
any increase in employee headcount. This has been accomplished using
product and process improvement tools such as Statistical Process Control, Six
Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Lean manufacturing techniques.
