Career Summary:

I am a Driven, Analytical, Financial Planning Professional, with team lead experience in

all aspects of Project Portfolio Management. This includes Business Case creation and

Employment History:

Senior Financial Planner IBM ( June, 2000 to April, 2009)

Responsibilities: Currently manage all aspects of the IT Web project portfolio of more

than 30 projects and a budget of more than 100 M$. This includes da ily interaction with

the executive support functions of the organization and the development communities.

My responsibilities also include plan coordination, the month-end closing process, the

measurements process and expense control and variance analysis as well as reporting

detailed forecasts on a monthly basis. I also present these findings and perform several

special analyses for project /initiative owners and executives. I am highly skilled with

Excel and Microsoft Power Point for executive presentatio ns.

Advisory Pricing IBM (1998 to 2000)

Responsibilities: I was the circuit board pricer for all the IBM Endicott, New York

produced electronic circuit boards. This included both internal and external customers

and several large complex systems such as SUN. I have created and implemented several

management and IBM legal approved, pricing models and tools for use in this

assignment. I met with and presented detailed pricing results and analysis regularly with

the Endicott executive site management team.

Staff Business Office Product Planner (1995 to 1998)

Responsibilities: I supported the IBM Endicott manufacturing site backpanel

(motherboard) circuit board business in establishing and maintaining the product

financial plans. This included P&L responsibility for the entire product line of circuit

board products including revenue/cost forecast and measurement. Also, the reporting of

actuals and forecasts to the Plant General Manager on a monthly basis or as needed. I

performed special assignments as requested from the site executive staff.

Staff Project Marketing Support (1990 to 1995)

Responsibilities: In this role I developed and created a number of marketing items to

support the release of the Midrange System 390 announcement. I attended tr ade shows

and assisted potential customers and business partners to obtain the latest product

education and product associated materials.

Staff Reliability Engineer (1986 -1990)

Responsibilities: As a reliability engineer I developed a military handbo ok (217E)

methodology of measuring and comparing computer power supplies for mid range

computers (ex. System 9370). I created and performed an in-situ test process for

establishing power supply failure rates and failure rate analysis. I wrote detailed reports

on the testing of the power supplies and the results found. I documented required changes

in component sets to increase reliability and performed failure analysis on electrical

components when needed. I also presented these reports and documents to the senior

project engineering team.
