Provide consulting/pm services for business expansion and/or business acquisition projects.

Lead Instructor for area technical school in Windows infrastructure and programming.

1997 - 2006 Iron Mountain Boston, MA

Director of Human Resources Infrastructure Projects (2004 -2006)

Responsible for defining and managing internal HR projects.

Assigned as Project Manager to turn around troubled Oracle HRMS implementation

and to merge two payroll systems into a new payroll system and integrate four time

collection systems. Project involved two software vendors, three consulting companies

and impacted more than 10,000 employees and was completed per revised schedule.

Created multi-year road map for HRMS systems development, which provided HR

management and IT both visibility to budgetary performance and tools to plan and

prioritize projects for HRMS sub-systems around the world. Road map is still in use.

Implemented incentive compensation system for all US employees.

Director of IT Planning and Budgets (2002 -2004)

Managed IT Planning and Business Office. Developed systems for IT team management.

Implemented Project Time Monitoring system for worldwide IT resources, which

tracked all IT staff and contractor time by project for planning and project costing and

provide input to Financial Systems.

Implemented Project Costing system that combined data from Project Monitoring

system and Payables system into total project costs, allowed total project budgeting and

reporting.

Identified issues and corrective actions to insure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting

requirements.

Director of Business Conversion and Support 1997 -2002

Managed Business Integration team in integrating over 100 businesses and over 200

business systems.

Created integration process that enabled integration of five business systems per

month, a 10-fold increase over the previous rate. Oversaw an average of 20

simultaneous projects per month.

Created formal Project Planning Toolkit that included project kickoff presentation,

regular project reviews and status reporting to sponsors executive management and

reviews of completed projects. Managed 50+ team members in 3 departments.

Expanded Support Center hours to 24/7 coverage in order to support international

internal and external customers and implemented Service Level Agreements for all

major areas of support.

Led Business Integration team that integrated 50 newly acquired service companies and

two manufacturing companies into US Filter over a five-year period. Managed 11 team

members within IT.

Designed and implemented a domestic communications network for all data and voice

traffic, reducing communication costs by more than 20 percent, over $1 Million annual

savings.

Implemented Client PC based Analysis Tools and Systems to allow local decision makers
