• Bid, select, and negotiate contracts with color houses for prepress services, separation, procure print,
bindery, and mail services, and paper

• Create and implement corporate naming conventions, filing systems and determine graphic database
organization for over 100,000 photos, 35,000 illustrations, and 12,000 catalog pages and manage all
digital assets

• Plan, implement and maintain procedures for a 50-employee creative department’s element of the
