Project Manager Deltek Costpoint/Time and Expense implementation
W orked on a two year, $40 million Deltek Costpoint/Time and Expense implementation. Collaborated
with cross functional team of business sector leads, managing directors, operations managers from HR,
Payroll, AP, Billing, and Compliance to meet project objectives. Gathered requirements, prepared fit
gap analysis, designed new business process and procedures to meet DCAA and FAR regulations,
conducted workshops and conference room pilots with key stake holders for design validation, and to
senior executive steering committee for acceptance
• Responsible for $3 million project budget and project leadership to a team of 8 which included
managers from various departments, project consultants, offshore developers and external vendors
• Designed and implemented Imaging Technology that reduced documentation retrieval time
necessary for audit or customer inquiry from weeks to minutes, provided self service capability to
significantly improve customer service and saving of $500K in labor cost and document
management fees
Project Manager PeopleSoft Financials implementation
W orked on a two and a half year, $60 million PeopleSoft Financials implementation. Collaborated with
cross functional team of business sector leads, managing directors, operations managers from HR,
Payroll, AP, Billing, and Compliance to meet project objectives. Gathered requirements, prepared fit
gap analysis, designed new business process and procedures, conducted workshops and conference
room pilots with key stake holders for design validation, and to senior executive steering committee for

• Responsible for $6 million project budget and project leadership to a team of 10 which included
managers from various departments, project consultants, and offshore developers
• Designed, developed and implemented a custom T&E capture application that mimicked the prior
T&E capture system to minimize re-training costs and transition risk that uses XML and PeopleSoft
Messaging Services, the same technology was used in VirginUSA Inflight Entertainment
• Designed and implemented a custom self service T&E adjustment module that provided
streamlined control and audit, the module resulted in savings of $1 million annually and the
elimination of a back office department that handled manual adjustments while completely
eliminated errors associated with manual process.
Technical Lead eProcurement implementation for Bank of America
Implemented a hosted eProcurement solution for Bank of America to handle their North America
sourcing, managing, and transaction processing of contingent workforce. The system is used by the
bank and their contractors
• The system transacted over $300 million in annual services procurement for the bank and
generates about $4 million in fees annually to BearingPoint
• Led the technical team of 4 in architecting a low cost, Intel based infrastructure to support the bank
and its vendors
• Designed and developed an EDI interface with the bank’s AP department for payment processing
Technical Lead Six Sigma implementation for Coca-Cola
W orked with Six Sigma Black Belt consultants to deliver a Business Risk Accessment Tool for Coca-
Cola worldwide. Led 4 technical team members and delivered the product in 4 months. The tool
assessed Coca-Cola’s local Staffing, Bottler, Supplier, Product, Business Climate, and Support
structure, results are rolled up to Regional, Divisional and Corporate level in a dashboard format at the
various levels.
• The system provided regional, divisional and corporate level managers with insights of quantifiable
measures for planning and risk mitigation activities
• W orked with Coca-Cola IT to device an automated release and product upgrade to their desktops
globally
Product Manager Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP)
Started the EBPP practice at BearingPoint, developed partnerships with the largest EBPP vendors
then, such as eDocs (now part of Siebel/Oracle), Avolent, BlueGill (now CheckFree) and CheckFree.
Educate Business Development Managers, and other business practices of the product and capabilities
• Architected, designed a Payment Gateway solution for Texas Online, the hosted eGovernment
portal transacted $10 billion in 100 million payments since its inception in 2000
• The eGovernment portal was awarded the 2002 George Mitchell Payments System Excellence

• Generated $2 million in fees providing consulting services to Principal Financial Group, Amarada

Bank of Boston was the 5 largest Trade Services provider among all US banks. Led a team of 6
developers, and product manager in developing one of the first internet based Letters of Credit system
in the industry, the project budget was $1.5 million and took 12 months
• The system was featured in Treasury Management Association Conference in San Francisco in ‘99
• The same system (sold by the contractor thru agreement with the bank) was subsequently adopted
by some of the largest US banks, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, State Street Bank. The system
was finally acquired and now marketed by S1 Corporation
• W orked with the bank’s Singapore IT team in establishing an off shore L/C processing center in
Manila Philippines
Business Project Lead Cash Management, Re-engineering of BankBoston
One of ten technologist and fifty senior business executives chosen to work with Aston Associates in a
year-long bank wide re-engineering effort
• W orked with business executives in identifying emerging technology to support key business
initiatives
• Using Aston’s methodology, emerging initiatives were shaped into system designs, effort and cost
estimates through iterative refinement of the original ideas

• Led development team of four for a duration of 12 months in Dallas and Boston on the development
of a Voice Response System to handle Health and Welfare enrollment. Navigated the complexity
of parallel development, and convergence of all systems at delivery
• Project completed in time for the enrollment of Mead’s 32,000 employees (now MeadWestvaco),
the subsequent enrollment for Shell Oil for about 50,000 employees
