Collaborated in establishing the site’s Kronos timekeeping system application implementation. Determined exact configuration of

contract services – temporary labor as well as third party subcontract manufacturing for off-site and out-of-state contract projects.

Initiated a policy and procedure update for qualifying service contractors and collaborated in putting the entire process in an

automated approval tool.

Saved $350K annually by identifying and implementing a minor system programming change to reduce labor costs.

Enhanced the contingent staffing management tool by creating auto-fill features, automatic messaging, and custom reporting /

analyses resulting in a 30% reduction in management oversight time required.

Played an integral role in the RFP process to select a contingent labor master vendor for North America. Co-author and principal
