Responsible for running all day-to-day operations including writing schedules and calculating daily, weekly, and

monthly labor percentages, new hire training and monitoring the adherence of all HR guidelines set-out by the

company. Also, balancing profit and loss report, coding and ledgering of invoices, controlling beverage inventory,

and maintaining a total beverage inventory of $100,000. Other responsibilities include:

Preparing an annual budget for a $4 million per year restaurant

Controlling all aspects of beverage inventory (Liquor, Beer, and Wine)

MANAGER/ ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

While employed at both Orlando locations, I ran one of the most profitable bars in our region.
