Eastern Hotel, Seattle, Wa – 1998 - Consultant to City of Seattle (DHHS) and Interim (Private Developer of Low

Income Housing) for the selection of a general contractor to renovate the Eastern Hotel on a negotiated

construction contract. The $4,670,000 project consists of totally remodeling an existing four- story masonry and

heavy timber apartment building into 47 low income housing units, including seismic structural upgrade, all

new mechanical and electrical systems, and historical restoration.

International District Village Square, Seattle, Wa – 1998 - Owner’s Construction Manager for the construction

of a new $23,100,000 mixed-use project in Seattle’s Chinatown District. 108,000 s.f. building complex that

included underground parking, a medical/dental clinic, a low-rise office tower, a day care center and 75
