As Business Administrator I was part of the senior management team. My duties included the responsibility for

campaign, tax and audit activities, financial and statistical reports for Board use, work with staff and church
leaders to develop goals and methods to meet future needs for growth and improvements. My duties also
included management of human resources, facilities, information technology, strategic planning, and
supervising the operations and facility teams.
