Supply Distribution Centers (DC) and Call Centers throughout the United States.

Developed FM safety strategy (Stop - Think - Act) initiatives based on Injury Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP)

performance metrics.

Established and implemented new stringent Safety Goal and Objective Plans for each DC to develop and

improve the safety awareness and performance of all employees at HD Supply.

Achieved safety goal of 20% reduction in Loss Time Incidents and an overall 30% reduction in total incidents

throughout the businesses.

Created new Performance Improvement Teams to inspect, monitor and document weekly checklists that

ensure safety and environmental compliance in each facility.

HSE management responsibilities of Fluor personnel at eight sites throughout California and Minnesota; IBM, Hitachi,

Northrop Grumman, QLogic, Intel and Sage Hills School. Successfully achieved California Volunteer Protection

Program (Cal/VPP) three year recertification status at the Hitachi site in San Jose and labeled by Cal/OSHA one of the

premier contractor sites in California.

Managed Cal/VPP Zero incident safety culture achieving over 1.2 million safe work hours without a loss time

workday at the San Jose sites; 4.7 million sq ft., over 2,000 acres representing $20 million in small capital

construction annually.

Responsible for management of HSE department coordinators and support staff.

Responsible for 24 x 7 operation of 38,000 sq ft. chemical distribution center operation.

Achieved 100% environmental compliance at all sites with DTSC, DOT, EPA, AQMD and local CUPA.
