Qualifications
Acquisitions/Due Diligence
Organized and indexed incoming due diligence documents for potential real estate and corporate
acquisitions. Reviewed and abstracted documents, and assisted in preparing diligence reports and
information on diligence documents, including lease agreements, partnership agreements, appraisals,
land leases, easements, permits, licenses, and government approvals.
Subdivision Registrations/Development Real Estate
Worked with corporate and regional personnel to revise, update, and proofread subdivision property
