• Designed and implemented new processes for training delivery & administration that initiated the group’s use of

the learning management system (LMS). Overall strategy was implemented successfully and ahead of schedule.

• Developed an online, “on-boarding” tool prototype, and a 30-second training group promo, using Adobe Captivate,

resulting in the development of staff’s skill in online authoring software and diversifying training delivery.

• Worked with Law Dept. to select a vendor, and implement an e-learning course in Health Care Compliance (HCC)

for use by North American operating company sales force. Completed the project early and on-budget.

• Ensured FDA compliance by managing and implementing a bilingual, computer-based training (CBT) program for

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) used by affiliate employees in Puerto Rico. Received a Johnson &

Johnson (J&J) Achievement award.

TRAINING & COURSE DEVELOPMENT

• Selected as a facilitator for four project work sessions within various J&J organizations. Received an award.

• Developed and delivered an overview course of Consumer Sales Division’s (CSD) products and services. This

instructor-led course became mandatory for the National Service Center staff (consisting of 100+ people).

• Redesigned, updated and distributed Products & Services Guide (P&SG). Used organizational skills and desktop

publishing to reduce costs, improve the guide’s appearance, and increase the circulation of the guide by 88%.

• Co-developed and taught three “applied” quality improvement courses. These courses became part of the

standard quality training curriculum and aided many organizations dealing with quality process issues.

• Consulted on the development and implementation of a global training strategy for the Financial Solutions

organization at Mercer. Strategy was implemented successfully three weeks ahead of schedule.

• Created and oversaw a satellite distance learning program. Over 1,000 employees in North America & the U.K.

were trained annually.

• Marketed the J&J eUniversity and “Learning via Satellite” program successfully by running in-house trade shows,

designing brochures, creating contests, etc. Enrollments increased significantly over a three-year period.

• Initiated and managed an innovative “video on-demand” service of over 300 business management programs,

available to all 116,000 employees worldwide, increasing enrollments by 2,600 in first half of 2006.

• Convinced worldwide management to implement virtual classroom technology (Centra and WebEx Training

Center) by delivering presentations identifying savings and consistency of information delivery.

• Contracted, and worked with, a variety of e-learning and distance learning vendors for online learning course

development and delivery.
