Operated and took ownership of 13 short term loans stores in
Southern Colorado and Western slope. Then did the same in
Southern Arizona.
Managed to the area-operating budget. Analyzed each store’s
monthly P&L to ensure compliance. Made corrective actions to
improve performance and achieve targets.
Assisted in the development of each stores yearly budget, with
emphasis on variable expenses, cost control measures.
Drove the business by directing, planning, developing and
implementing the activities that reflect strategic direction.
Directed store management through audits, field visits, reports,

Acted as regional manager for twelve months and reported
directly to the Vice President of operations.
Completed a “buy out” transition of five stores and implemented
company policy and procedures.
Developed action plans and implemented for eight stores to
achieve company goals in less than a year.
Recruited new managers, their teams, and trained them to be
successful. Over the last year all were successful, made bonuses,
and increased store performance. Hired six “shining stars” in the
last fourteen months.
Developed and implemented budgets for all 14 stores and region.
Compiled YTD data from the previous year to ensure cost

Completed an FMS/SUS POS upgrade of all computers within
the region, trained personnel, and made the transition without

and give an overview of the bench for the region.
