CellExchange Federal, Inc. is a contractor serving the federal government by creating web-based portals predominantly for the

US Navy and US Air Force.

I was promoted to a Senior QA Engineer while working on the US Navy team; and again to a QA Lead while working on the US

Air Force team.

I oversaw QA team assignments and activities for teams as large as six people while working on the following US Air Force

projects: Command Surgeons’ Portal (CSP), Airmen Development Plan (ADP) Release 2.0 and My Development Plan (MyDP for

Enlisted, Officer and Civilian members) Spiral II.

I have experience working with government QA engineers at the customer worksite in Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio,

Texas.

In addition to authoring and revamping countless test cases I also took the initiative to create procedural documents for the

QA Team, such as: Regression Procedure Document, Standard Bug Procedure Document (for both Bugzilla and AccuWork),

Test Case Template Document and Test Schedule for various projects.

I was responsible for submitting the following DoD Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) as deliverables for

CellExchange’s federal government contracts: Software Test Plan, Software Test Description and Software Test Report; also

collaborated with other team members in the delivery of several other CDRLs.

Contributed to CellExchange Federal, Inc. achieving SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2 in the role of Functional Area Representative.

I manually assure the quality of web-based applications by making sure all agreed upon requirements are reflected in project

test plans and test cases by being involved and discussing issues with developers, peers, etc; reading and understanding

requirements in business documents; and manipulating the database to change, find, or compare data.
