disease management.
Manager, Human Resources (2003 - Present)
Develop, plan, implement, and administer human resources strategies and related programs, processes and policies aligned to
business objectives to drive higher levels of organizational performance. Directly support Commercial Operations, Global
Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing and New Product Development client groups.
Key Accomplishment: Achieved highest performance rating, awarded to less than 5% of employees, for results as
interim Director of HR, Cardiology Business Unit and Cardiology Management Board member for period of 9 months.
Appointed to role by VP of HR during time of significant change and complexity in the business. Exceeded expectations
