Responsibilities for data and inventory conversion, rollout/cutover planning, scheduling, and execution and manager

of 28 global software consultants over 5 time zones for all reports, interfaces, legacy conversion and extensions to

SAP software.Designed and managed processes and tools used for cutover planning and execution. This

implementation was completed for 7 Business Units, 30 sites, 6 countries, 4 languages for 6,000 users.

Project Manager in the successful implementation of an Inventory Warehouse Control System (JDA Software -

WCC) with RF functionality at 2 facilities with interface to legacy Sales system. Responsibilities included

interfacing with vendors, budgeting, project manager, training and support setup for pre- and post-go-live, process

change management and management reporting of project progress.

Project Manager in the successful implementation of Order Entry and Shipping system for 2 manufacturing
