As a team member of the group, I was responsible for the Site Design from the

Concept phase to Final Design, in coordination with the Architect, Mechanical,

Electrical, Structural and Landscape consultants.

Responsible for:

- Pavement design

- Road layout

- Parking lots

- Grading and earthwork

- Utilities plans and profiles.

During the whole design period, I had to make sure that we used the latest

information posted on Walmart site, and make the necessary changes to our plans.

I also was responsible for putting together the Detail sheets, using details

provided by Walmart and/or by the County Engineer.

One of Walmart requirement was to submit a SWPPP package for review, prior to

the OTB submittal. Another important step was coordination with the Utility

companies in order to provide Walmart services according to their specs and

requirements.
