WRLS - LocatorAPI provides the functionality to find the FedEx location details based on the

user search criteria origin address (either Zip code/Address/phone number). It fetches the

information from Microsoft MapPoint for address search or from Targus for phone search. It

displays the nearby FedEx locations for the origin address and on selecting the particular FedEx

location, the driving direction steps and the time taken is also displayed. Various clients use

this application and the volume of the customers using this application per day is nearly 600-

700 K transactions.

The IEEE Customer Service System (ICSS) provides membership management and renewal

processing on an integrated platform with oracle financial applications. This application is

building on Oracle 7.3.4 and Forms 2.3 and is a customized implementation based on Oracle

Financial applications. Due to obsolesce and withdrawal of support of the technology stack on

which ICSS is built it was imperative to decouple the ICSS and make it work on a stand-alone

basis and also embrace new enhanced technology stack. To migrate the data from existing

Oracle 7.3.4 to Oracle 9i, To modify the existing database design of ICSS 7.3.4 application to

get rid of dependencies to Oracle Financial application framework. To Convert the 2.4 release

Oracle application forms to forms 9i.
