• Develop and implement improvements in all areas of network operations including operating processes, SLAs,
configuration management, change management and root cause determination. Develop Operations Guide for
Data Centers based on ITIL Service Management.

with LAN/WAN technology, completing the project under $300K under budget. Converted frame based WAN to MPLS
